Learnership: Learner Miner

(1 POSITION)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 (Standard 10) with Mathematics and Physical Science

  • Driver’s License

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Underground crew co-ordination

  • Basic Trouble shooting

  • Administration and Reporting

  • Ensuring that safety policies and procedures are adhered and implemented

  • Study, understand and implement all Safety standards on the mine

Recommendations:

  • Good communication and writing skills

  • Self-motivated

  • Willingness and potential to be trained

  • Ability to work in a team and independently

Experience:

  • Underground mining experience will be advantageous
