Job Post: Warehouse Controller
Situated in the Piet Retief/Panbult area, ± 65 km from Piet Retief, Kangra Coal (Pty) Ltd. is a modern, mechanized mine. This Colliery has the following vacancy:
The ideal applicant will meet the following requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Grade 12
Minimum education: national certificate level (N2)
Diploma in Logistics and supervisory training
Valid driver’s license Code 10
Must be computer literate (MS Office, Excel)
Experience:
At least five years in a similar environment

Duties and Responsibility:
Manage the inbound and outbound processes.
Apply FIFO principles to all stock, if possible.
Maintain proper storage of goods, goods handling, expiration dates and data specifications.
Ensure all orders are handled correctly and timeously.
To ensure timely replenishment of inventory items.
Continuous monitoring of inventory items and apply adjustment levels where needed.
Manage classification of inventory items and maintain catalogue.
Correct allocation of GL accounts.
Embrace an agile procurement process by being adaptive and flexible to accommodate and focus on. emerging and changing business priorities.
Adhere to global commercial standards that will enable delivery in a safe and socially acceptable way and ensure that the organisation sources from responsible suppliers.
Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and new partners within the supply market.
Maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
Producing reports.
Researching information.
Ensure adhering to all Health and Safety rules
Continuously liaise with all internal stakeholders to ensure they are satisfied with the services provided by the stores
Send daily reports to all relevant stakeholders.
Ensure the correct documentation are processed, as well as ensure the accuracy of data recorded.
Supervision of stores personnel including coaching and training.
Plan and regulate stock take quarterly.
Manage redundant and obsolete inventory and sales processes.
