Job Post: Receptionist

The ideal applicant will meet the following requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Grade 12 with good results in English 

  • Diploma in Office Management 

  • Computer literacy 

  • Driver’s license Code C1 

EXPERIENCE:

  • At least two (2) years basic administration experience in Mining environment

SKILLS ABILITIES AND KNOWLEDGE :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Meticulous 

  • Ability to work independently 

  • Professionalism    

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing General Manager’s dairy, ensuring meeting are booked accordingly 

  • Ensure smooth running of meetings taking place within the company 

  • Ensure correct usage of the Main Boardroom by confirming availability to avoid double bookings

  • Book accommodation for management and employees as and when required 

  • Ensure that the management photocopy machine is well maintained and in working order 

  • Filing of management documents while maintaining confidentiality

  • Taking minutes in meetings 

  • Answering of external incoming calls and transfer them to their intended destinations

  • Preparing refreshments for visitors as and when required

  • Arrangement of PPE for visitors that will visit the operational areas 

  • Making appointments for the General Manager’s availability

  • General office administration
